Throughout my personal healing journey over the past 20 years living in the Byron
Bay area, what l noticed the most was how easy it was to hand over my power to
other so-called healers with a view of healing myself.
In hindsight l now realise that only l can truly know and heal myself, with support
and guidance from other conscious beings (preferably other beings that have little or
no self interest in your healing).
My main focus has involved studying, researching, and personally experimenting
with many different healing modalities and tools that empower you (the expert) to
heal yourself.
In my recognition of my true nature l realised that there is no self to heal only a
direct knowing (not of the mind) to walk in the everyday ordinariness of life itself -
right here right now- in each and every moment.You can not seek or grasp such a
recognition it just happens in its right timing.
From my personnel experience however I do believe that- in the natural process of
healing and opening up to this recognition of your true nature- it is very useful and
certainly less painful to clear and release energetic,emotional and physical blockages
along this intense journey of losing yourself.
Generally on all levels- physically, mentally and spiritualy we are first and foremost
an energy system. When that energy system is balanced and harmonised the physical
and emotion are free to heal themselves.

unresolved specific traumatic events, the vast majority of which can be easily handled
by EFT.
